Office Manager
Ali is so grateful to work alongside such talented and passionate individuals who share her love for all things dentistry. She recently received her ADA Dental Coding Certificate and is a proud member of AADOM.
Outside of work, Ali loves spending quality time with her two young boys, whether they're cooking together, playing backyard baseball, or enjoying moments with friends and family.

Registered Dental Hygienist
Born and raised right here in Las Vegas, Misty received her degree from CSN School of Dental Hygiene in 2013. Misty uses the tools she learned in her 16 years in the service industry to help provide exceptional customer service to each of her patients while assisting them in incorporating good hygiene habits into their everyday lives.
When Misty isn't treating patients in the office, she and her husband raise three fantastic children who keep them both very busy with their sports and academics.

Dental Assistant
Nadia is from Las Vegas and graduated from the Dental Assistant program at Pima Medical Institute. Nadia has been a part of the team at Hillcrest Dental since 2018 as a dental assistant and truly loves the one-on-one interaction she can have with so many patients at the office. She can be found dancing, being outdoors, and doing art projects with her two young girls in her free time.

Dental Hygienist
Nicole grew up in South Texas, where she graduated first in her class from dental hygiene school in 2003. She spent the majority of her career in the Houston, Texas area, where she continued her education and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2011.
In May 2025, Nicole and her husband, Jared, made the move to Las Vegas, Nevada, drawn by their love of the outdoors and the opportunity to embrace new adventures.
Nicole is passionate about helping her patients understand the importance of oral health and its connection to overall well-being. She strives to provide comprehensive, compassionate care while empowering each patient with the knowledge and tools they need to maintain a healthy smile.
Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys traveling and spending time with Jared, whom she married in 2009. They love exploring the outdoors together, and Nicole especially enjoys hiking, running, and gardening. Whether she is caring for patients or exploring a new trail, Nicole brings the same enthusiasm, curiosity, and genuine care to everything she does.

I’ve been in the dental field for 7 years and take pride in growing both professionally and personally. Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, I moved to Las Vegas in 2018.
Outside of work, I love scary movies and spending time with my Frenchie, which I’m a very proud dog dad to!
